The requirement for document was missing on purpose. That was not the main problems I tried to solve.

In this project, my main goal is to streamline the original messy visa application process into a clear and simple one given the time limit. To achieve that goal, I spent the time on redesigning user flow, information architect and legible form format. If I have more time, I will try to solve more problems that cover what you mentioned above.
